Universal Chi Kids and the Proactive Chi Family
It is my distinct pleasure to welcome you to Chi Family and the Chi Kids! line of educational tools. We also offer articles and a directory of natural health practitioners and Chi Kung instructors who work with kids. If you know a natural health practitioner that serves children and families, please invite them to list their business here. It's free!
These colorful materials will help you to teach Smiling Anatomy to your family and teach them healthy attitudes toward physical and mental health. Designed for the pro-active family, Chi Kids! line of educational tools is for kids and their grown-ups. By the time kids get to Level 3 they will understand where a number of internal organs are, what they do and how to smile to them. More important, they will understand that their emotions cause positive and negative reactions - both inside and outside of themselves.
Take a few minutes a day and help your child smile to their heart, lungs, liver, and more. Listen as they use sound and color to associate positive and negative emotions with these organs. Then, watch how clever they are as they use the tools to stay healthy and emotionally balanced. It's so easy, even a grown up can do it.
"Kids are so much better at this than adults. I've worked with three year olds that memorized level one in a few days! They love smiling and they love visualizing. Imagination becomes reality; the Chi Kids are leading the way!" -Sarina Stone
Chi Books for Children
I am so happy and proud to offer these books and educational materials for children. They are, after all, our future.
When I was a young girl, I wish I understood that excessive hate, anger, fear, and worry could made me sick and even cause me to break out! Conversely, the power of a smile is calming and healing; I wish I had understood that.
Everything is new when we are young, and we believe what we see and hear. So, show your child they have the power to make themselves healthy and happy at will. Give them something magical in thier formative years by showing them how to be self aware and grow appreciation for how unique and perfect they are.
You can start the Smiling Anatomy program when your child is four or five years old, although I have seen younger kids do quite well. Soon they will be ready to sit in peace and focus on their physical and mental health in a positive, disciplined way. We call this meditation and it is a powerful tool for maintaining self awareness and radiant health.
